We only do external drainage — the underground drains outside the building. It's a deliberate choice. It means we turn up with the right equipment rather than promising to have a look, and it means we can tell you honestly when a problem isn't ours to fix.

The underground drains outside the building — gullies, grids, manholes, inspection chambers and the main drain runs. If the problem is internal pipework, a single slow sink or a leak under a unit, that is a plumber's job rather than ours.
No. You pay for the work, not the visit. The engineer confirms a fixed price on site before starting, so nothing is open-ended.
For emergencies we aim to attend the same day, often within a few hours. The phone is answered around the clock and overnight calls are booked into the first window the following morning.
Regularly. We can invoice the agent or landlord directly, arrange access with the tenant, and supply photos and reports so whoever authorises the work can see what was found.
